Now that my day is over and the dishes are done I am feeling much better.

Lesson for the day - it always helps to be with those you love.

I should add that Nicky is by far number one of my all time top five list of emotionally important people.

Lesson for the day - years of sweetness certainly count for something.

There is a woman in my class who is strikingly beautiful and it’s often you see such people (and certainly not in my course). Even more disarmingly she looks like an ex-girlfriend of mine.

Now that is not necessarily a problem as I frankly don’t give most of them a second thought. But this woman in my class looked like the ex-girlfriend whose importance to my life is only outgunned by Nicky.

Naturally I have made a habit of avoiding her like the plague. I make enough of an idiot of myself living with a beautiful woman and I feel not need to be a fool more often.

But I am a fool, for three sixty days and another four, so I introduced myself.

She has the same name as my ex-girlfriend. I nearly ran away and left a Mark shaped hole in the wall. Could she not have been called something, anything, else?

Needless to say I wigged out. I am still wigging out. I kind of need important people from my past to stay in my past and things like this don’t help one bit.

Lesson for the day - “harley was dreaming of his funeral, as customary he was late” - the black sorrows.

I dare you, no I fucking double dare you.

Feeling all grumpy today and not at all interested in putting up with shit from other people. Of course, I do expect everyone else to put up with my grumpy good and do it with a damn smile.

Lesson for the day - hypocracy can be a comfort.

The weather has continued to be lovely here, it is quite beautiful and ideal for travel.

Unfortunately it seems that Peter and Margaret seem to have misunderstood that I am in charge of this mission and are following me. I saw Peter quite distinctly just before I ducked into this cupboard.

Ms Sparkles came over to visit the Funster and I yesterday and we had a bit of a yarn and bit of a strum. Nothing fancy on either front but all around just what I need on a Friday afternoon.

Lesson for the day - it is good to see sparkly people any day.

Dear Bert,

The weather here is just lovely. I have decided to take the prize and head back to headquarters with it alone and I could not have picked a nicer day for it.

I suspect Peter will be annoyed but I am sure Margaret has enough faith in me to understand that I know what is best.

I can’t remember when the Funster woke up but I think he needs a sleep about now. And just a I am typing this his mum is taking him off for a snooze.

He will probably carry on and so forth but little kids do that.
