Captain Solo

It is all the rage in education these days to have multiple and fluid groups of kids and a range of teachers working together and I don’t doubt that it has some merit.
All the same I quite like working in a room with just me and twenty kids. There is plenty of room for interaction between me and them and between kids. Of course I might like the alternative if I tried it but for now I am perfectly happy as I am.
Lesson for the day – sometimes direction means one person following their path.
