Dip

I have mostly tried to be good and have stayed away from many snacks, chocolates and soft drinks. I haven’t managed this all the time and perhaps that is why my weight sat at a pretty stable 92.

Then this morning I stood on the scales as I do, from time to time, to torment myself. I was down to 89.5. While this is no massive victory and I expect they won’t be holding the front page tomorrow it was still nice to see an eight at the front.

Lesson for the day – it’s nice to get an encouraging result every now and then.
