I am almost certain that I forgot to mention how much fun it was to ride around the Capital City Trail yesterday. The quality of the track and the multitude of other riders meant that we travelled at a very gentle pace. Although we rode slowly, there was so much to see and most of it was picturesque and interesting. The most enjoyable thing, however, was the company. I rode with Penny, who I know from work, her husband Alan and their friend Libby. They were terrific company and made the day.

If they invite me on another one of their rides, I’ll be there in a flash.
