Mark lives in the western suburbs of Melbourne, Australia with his partner Nicky, their kids Finn and Leila, two crazy dogs, two snooty cats and a chook. He feels entitled to write in the third person about himself and teaches English and History at a secondary school in Geelong.

I love your new Blog - it looks great. Congratulations to you and Nicky on the new baby due in March, that’s great news.
All is well here. I’ve started a new job at the University of Ballarat which I’m thoroughly enjoying. The only downside is it’s back to full time work but I guess you’ve either got the time or the money - you can’t have it all. Otherwise, happily living in the Valley of the Snakes with the dog, the cat and the chooks and praying for rain.
