On my blog there is an option about the Publish button which says “Keep this post private”. This means you have to be an administrator and logged in to see this post. For everyone else it simply doesn’t exist (I think)

I’m inclined to agree with both of you. There would be a certain schadenfreude (omg i can spell it) about seeing someone face the consequences of their actions, however I suspect the individual has amply demonstrated that this is not their strong point. And i think schadenfreude is bad for the karma.

Also, as Nicky says - the twit might think you are there for him.
